Nasir bin Olu Dara Jones born September 14, 1973, better known to the world as Nas made his first appearance on Main Source’s Live at the Barbeque under the name Nasty Nas. On April 19, 1994, he released his debut album Illmatic, a 5 Mic classic that is regarded as one of the best Hip-Hop albums of all time.
