On Sway In The Morning Yo Gotti came through with his artist Lil Migo and he talked about his new album “Untrapped”. Yo Gotti, who recently announced that he now owns all his masters spoke about how he knew what he wanted down to the house he wanted to buy once he got some money. He dropped some of the game and tells new artists how to maintain their business and still shine. He also spoke about getting into real estate for ten years and encourages artists like Black Youngsta to do the same. When asked about taking losses in business, he responded by saying “Losses are part of winning, if you scared to lose then s**t you probably scared to win.” Gotti went into detail about his first time working with Nas and how he was open to criticism from the hip hop legend. Gotti broke down his song “Trapped” and it’s meaning and how being trapped is just a mentality. The most inspiring part of the conversation was when he spoke on teaming up with Roc Nation to push for prison reform.
