King Richard stars Will Smith in the lead role of Richard Williams, American tennis coach, and father of global tennis stars, Venus (Saniyya Sidney) and Serena Williams (Demi Singleton). The cast joined Sway In The Morning to talk about the anticipation of the film and much more.
Will spoke about the pressure behind playing a character that is still living or has living family and them seeing the work for the first time. He told the story of what it was like when Venus and Serena Williams saw the movie for the first time and how they reacted. And the two young actresses Demi and Saniyya are poised to be stars, as they spoke about their experience on set and handling this big of a moment.
