Waka Flocka For President…And Why It Can't Happen

Nearly three years ago Atlanta’s own Waka Flocka made a bold prediction with a tweet that read: “I’m dead ass running for president in 2016.” Now as President Obama prepares to exit the Oval Office, the artist is apparently trying to make good on that claim, formally announcing his intent to become the 45th President of the United States with no other than DJ Whoo Kid as his running mate. Breaking the news on April 20th,  he revealed that his first executive order would be the legalization of marijuana.

Given the current state of American politics, it’s safe to say some would readily welcome the “Flockaveli” rapper, however there’s just one problem; at just 28-years-old he’s not eligible for run, as all presidential candidates must be at least 35. While we won’t be seeing him in the White House anytime soon, take a look at his campaign video below via Rolling Stone.

Laugh. Enjoy.
