Waco is the of “the 51-day standoff back in 1993 between the Feds and David Koresh’s spiritual group, The Branch Davidians, in the heart of Texas. The series gives an interesting look into the time leading up to the standoff that ultimately led to the deaths of 79 people.
Kitsch stopped by Sway In The Morning to give us some further insight into who David Koresh was and how he prepared to take on this type of role. Waco debuts on the Paramount Network tonight.
