V. Bozeman Delivers Emotionally Charged “Dear Officer”

As soon as you press play, this track will have you feeling some type of way. Whether that feeling is anger, hurt, compassion, motivated to inspire/create change or simply confusion as to how do to so. V. Bozeman stepped up in a major way with this new release “Dear Officer” as she weighs in on everything going on from a black female standpoint but charged with compassion.

It’s always hard to hear it from the female side because often they are the ones left at the podium or on camera asking “Why?” as they mourn the loss of their husband, son or brothers. These past few weeks have been trying for a lot of people, officers and civilians alike. Everybody feels the pain after losing a loved one, it doesn’t matter what your occupation is. We are all humans.

Check it out below and be sure to tune in tonight as Barack Obama speaks to the nation in his “The President and the People: Race in America” special on ESPN at 8pm EST.
