‘King in the Wilderness’ documents the life of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. as a conflicted leader who faced criticism from all sides. The Black Power movement deemed his nonviolent approach as weak, and President Lyndon B. Johnson saw his anti-Vietnam War speeches as impetuous. Trey Ellis and Peter Kunhardt stopped by Sway In The Morning to give more insight on the new HBO documentary.
