Tory Lanez May Be Responsible For Megan Thee Stallion Shooting

According to TMZ, Tory Lanez is allegedly responsible for Megan Thee Stallion being shot early Sunday morning. They are saying  after arguing with her and her friend, Tory opened fire from inside the vehicle according to their sources directly connected to the investigation. It is said that an argument started after the group left a Hollywood Hills party together in the chauffeur-driven SUV, and at some point, Megan and her friend, Kelsey Nicole, wanted out of the vehicle. The source told TMZ Tory opened fire in the vehicle and hit Megan in the foot twice.

When TMZ first broke the story they said LAPD pulled over Tory Lanez who was arrested for possession of a concealed weapon and the initial report to cops was someone had fired a gun into the air, not at someone. Megan initially told police she had cut her feet on glass. There is video showing Tory laid out in the street while Megan’s feet were clearly bleeding on the sidewalk as she followed police instructions to exit the vehicle. TMZ sources that are connected to Tory say there are mitigating circumstances. Based on what TMZ has learned, they believe he’s going to say it was an accidental shooting.

According to LAPD, Megan initially told police she had cut her feet on glass and is listed as the victim in this case. Now it’s entirely possible she felt intimidated as an alleged domestic violence victim. Also there are witnesses that are not cooperating with police up to this point. The law enforcement sources said without witnesses who are willing to testify it might be hard to prove the case against Tory. The police have been notified about a cell phone video of the shooting but law enforcement have not put eyes on that video yet.  Once the video surfaced it could dramatically change the case.
