For decades the good folks over at Mercedes-Benz have been cooking up classic and iconic rides. Today we get a pristine example of one that is hitting the auction block soon. Today we get a look at a flawless 1957 Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Gullwing. This beautiful design was the brainchild of American Mercedes importer Max Hoffman, boasting unique lines and plenty of power.
The ride is powered by a 240 hp inline-six, independent suspension, 166 MPH top speed, timeless bodywork, and the famous gullwing doors. The ride comes in its original black on red scheme and hasn’t left its home state of Pennsylvania. Check out the ride in the images below and place your bid at RM Sotheby’s right now!
