The Outstanding Duo of Smino and Monte Booker Shine Bright on “Menu (ME•N•U)”

Image via BBC Radio

The midwest is bubbling heavily right now with incredible talent in St. Louis, Minneapolis, Milwaukee and Chicago catching the attention of the rest of the country. Two of these special artists, Smino (STL) and Monte Booker (CHI), continue to team up and deliver progressive sounding magic. From EP’s “S!CK S!CK S!CK” and “blkjuptr” to singles like “Krème Brûlée” and “Kolors,” Smino and Booker are back again today to celebrate 1 million plays of “Kolors.”

“Menu” or ME•N•U is another bouncy, unique cut cooked up by Booker which lets Smino flex his smooth vocals and ability to pick up on any off kilter flow that’s thrown at him. With Booker’s recent signing to Soulection and Smino getting the Lollapalooza call up, we’re incredibly excited to see where these two young midwesterners take off to.
