Teyana Taylor Shares Her Unbelievable Workout Routine and Diet Following Her Appearance in Kanye’s “Fade” Video

Sunday night Kanye West and Teyana Taylor (mostly Teyana) took the world by storm with the new video for “Fade” off West’s most recent album “The Life Of Pablo.” Flashdance-esque, the video showcases Taylor’s killer body as she maneuvers her way around the gym. If the sheer site of this doesn’t make you feel bad about yourself, hearing Taylor’s workout and diet restrictions will.

Talking to E! News, Taylor revealed that her workout routine is only cardio, and we’re not talking running on the treadmill either. “Dancing is my workout. I just dance,” she said.  “I almost feel like dance is so underrated in the fitness world.” Seeing her crazy moves in the video makes this fact very believable.

And diet restrictions, there’s none for Taylor said an E! News source. “Eating healthy is not her thing,” said the source. She is the kind of girl that eats donuts and candy for breakfast. She just doesn’t gain weight.”
