TDE Yanked From YouTube For Copyright Infringement

Legal woes seem to be following TDE this week, and it’s only Tuesday.

First Kendrick Lamar was served with a lawsuit, after Italian photographer Giordano Cipriani alleged that the Compton native stole his work for the cover of “The Blacker The Berry.” Now a new copyright infringement claim has resulted in the label’s YouTube channel being pulled completely.

Having already posted nearly 200 videos, fans are now being greeted with a blunt message that reads “Top Dawg Entertainment has been terminated because we received multiple third-party claims of copyright infringement regarding material the user posted.”

Though TDE has yet to comment, K. Dot’s page is still currently available for now.
