Stro The MC Says He Is A Better Emcee Than All The XXL Freshmen

Stro The MC has been in the music industry for a lot of years, starting super young. And even as one of the most talented rappers in the game, he still feels underrated. Despite capturing the ear of one of the G.O.A.T.’s, Nas, and being signed to Mass Appeal, he still feels like he has more to prove in music. But that is not stopping him from spreading his wings in other avenues as well, as he takes a page out of his Ice Cube and Tupac book, trying his hand at acting.

Stro stopped by Sway In The Morning and discussed his latest journey cinematic experience as Calvin Walker in the Netflix exclusive See You Yesterday. But his IMDB list stretches much further than that. One role you will not see there though, is HBO’s Euphoria, which he walked away from. The Starting Five emcee talked to Sway about the reasons for leaving the popular drama series.

The real business of the day is Stro’s new project is out now. Last Friday is available on all streaming platforms. Check it out below.
