Rihanna Lets Historic Moments Do The Talking In "American Oxygen" Video

Gearing up for the release of “R8,” Rihanna has been keeping fans busy with new material.  From “FourFiveSeconds” to “Bitch Better Have My Money” to her latest release “American Oxygen.”

Debuting the song earlier this month in Indianapolis during the Final Four, Rihanna has taken “American Oxygen” from Tidal to VEVO with the release of the track’s visual.  In what she describes as the ‘new America,’ Rihanna takes footage from the funeral of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, the attacks on 9/11, and many more political and social events of history.  Letting the event clips tell the story, RiRi keeps her appearances to a minimum.

Take a look at the visual below and let us know what you think of the concept.
