Victor White III was arrested and handcuffed behind his back and placed in the police vehicle. He was somehow shot to death. The police reported that he shot himself in the back, but the entry wound was in the chest. And all officers involved in this case have been cleared. Victor’s father and attorney are trying to shine more light on this situation with a new documentary ‘Sugartown’ that debuts Monday August 6th at 8pm on the Investigation Discovery channel.
