Rapper Rapsody discusses her Kendrick Lamar collab "Complexion"

Everyone may still be on a high from Kendrick Lamar’s new album “To Pimp a Butterfly.” However, one artist that really stuck out on this album was rising rapper, Rapsody. She can be heard on the track “Complexion” that deals with colorism in the African-American community. Rapsody sat down with Vibe magazine and briefly talked about the track. She states that it was a very quick process since they were both very clear on the topic and was able to put together their lyrical ability effortlessly. Check out the mini interview below:
