Rapper Juice Wrld, Dead At 21 After Suffering a Seizure

According to reports the young and talented rapper and singer Juice Wrld, has died after suffering a seizure in Chicago’s Midway airport. After his flight from California landed early Sunday morning witnesses stated that Juice had suffered the seizure while walking through the airport. Law enforcement sources say he was bleeding from the mouth when paramedics got on scene.

Juice, who’s real name is Jarad Anthony Higgins, was still conscious when he was rushed to a hospital. However, he was pronounced dead a short time later at the hospital. The cause of death is unclear at this time.

Juice Wrld was just at the start of a flourishing career after he climbed to the top of the charts in 2018 with his first huge hit “Lucid Dreams”, which made it to #2. His song, “All Girls Are the Same,” also became a hit when Lil Yachty was featured on the remix and it was that song’s success that drew the attention of Interscope Records, which signed him to a multi-million dollar contract. One month after releasing his first studio album, “Goodbye & Good Riddance” which peaked at number six on the Billboard 200, and was eventually certified Platinum by the RIAA The album contained three other singles: “Armed and Dangerous”, “Lean wit Me” and “Wasted”, all of which charted on the Billboard Hot 100. Juice Wrld had a collaboration mixtape with Future called  Wrld on Drugs, which was released later that year and peaked at number two on the Billboard 200, Juice Wrld released his second album, Death Race for Love, in 2019. It became his first number-one album on the Billboard 200. He also released the 2-track EP, “Too Soon,” as a tribute to Lil Peep and XXXTentacion, who were young artists who lost their lives too soon. Higgins’ stage name was reportedly inspired by Tupac Shakur’s performance in the 1992 film, “Juice.”
