Raekwon, Ghostface Killah Offer to Review Fan Mixtapes for 'Purple Tape Files' Documentary Donation

Fan interaction and a direction connection to your core followers, important? It’s number one on the list some may say and it is hard to argue with that even today as we have seen moves such as Nipsey Hussle‘s Mailbox Money campaigns, Drake surprise release, etc. show just how much it can impact things. Innovation is also key and Raekwon, Ghostface Killah are no strangers in that department as they offer fans mixtape reviews and studio/career advice for a donation to their crowdfunding page. The fan support via donation will assist in the process of creating the ‘Purple Files Tape’ documentary motivated by the 20th anniversary of the Only Built 4 Cuban Linx project.

That’s a pretty great arrangement and don’t think that’s the only great thing being offered. The two decided to open up more options (including possible Studio Time with Raekwon) with: $20 donation for a 20th Anniversary Purple Tape Sticker, $35 donation for a fan grab bag (stickers, a hat, and a keychain), $50 for a Limited Edition Purple Tape Shirt, $75 donation for a commemorative autographed poster and a lot of other things to reciprocate the love being shown by fans.

This is a perfect opportunity to not only support a great artist but also contribute firsthand to an important documentary for the culture, considering all things these two have accomplished thus far. You can get more details here.
