NYC Parks & Rec Unveil Christopher “Biggie” Wallace Courts

This week New York City, more specifically Brooklyn paid homage of one of their biggest stars. They celebrated the one and only, Christopher Wallace recently by renaming a playground in Bed-Stuy in his honor. NYC Parks & Rec Unveil Christopher “Biggie” Wallace Courts, doing so after New York City councilman Robert Cornegy officially renamed Crispus Attucks Playground.

Cornegy resided in the same building as Biggie growing up and made a promise to the rapper’s mother that he would honor his legacy. Biggie’s mother Violetta Wallace was in attendance, as well as his daughter Tyanna and son C.J. Have a look at the images below and give us your thoughts in the comments after the jump.
