It seems as if the L.A. County D.A.’s Office is reviewing possible assault charges against Tory Lanez. They are looking into his alleged involvement in the Megan Thee Stallion shooting. If it happens Tory is looking at charges of felony assault with a firearm.
Megan is now claiming she was shot in her foot by Tory as she got out of the car. Tory was arrested, but only charged with possession of a firearm. Now the D.A. Is looking into the possibility of adding on additional charge after prosecutors asked the LAPD to further investigate the incident.
According to law enforcement, the LAPD detectives opened an investigation into Tory in July after the shooting. Other sources that are connected to Tory say there were mitigating circumstances. The case will be difficult because of an post Megan posted to her Instagram. Megan posted pictures of her foot injury after the shooting. But her caption with her pointing out her back was to the SUV when she was shot in the heel could prove she didn’t see who fired at her. But Megan just came out and accused Tory Lanez, by name, of shooting her.
Up until now she has never said his name but in a post on Thursday she said “Yes, this n***a Tory shot me. You shot me, and you got your publicist and your people to these blogs lying and s**t, stop lying!”
Megan spoke on her live and said she was afraid to call out Tory because she “didn’t want to die,” basically saying she feared for her life. Megan also addressed the rumors and denied hitting Tory during an argument inside the SUV. She claimed there was an argument between everyone in the vehicle, and that’s why she tried to walk away. She alleges that’s when Tory opened fire.
