Lance Bass on the Biggest Music Mistake he Made & ‘The Boy Band Con: The Lou Pearlman Story’

Lance Bass swings by Sway in the Morning to talk about executive producing the new YouTube Premium documentary, ‘The Boy Band Con: The Lou Pearlman Story,’ which explores the career of master fraudster, record producer and convicted criminal, Lou Pearlman.

Lou managed N’Sync and Backstreet Boys in the 90’s and claimed to be the 6th member of each group. Unbeknownst to each band, he owned 100% of publishing and only gave N’Sync members only $35 a day per diem for the first 3 years of their career.

Watch as Lance candidly speaks on the film, the schemes that Lou pulled and his biggest mistake in the music business that he wants everyone to know.
