Kendrick Lamar’s Set To Debut At No.1 With ‘DAMN.’

The west coast native, Kung Fu Kenny is back in the news and looks to take over the top spot on the Billboard charts. Today the word comes down that DAMN., the fourth studio album from Kendrick Lamar, will debut at No. 1 on its Billboard 200 this week. The word on the e-streets is that the album will move approximately 475,000 equivalent album units in its first seven days.

If this number stays true the album will only trail Drake’s More Life, which moved 505,000 units in its first week. This would mark Kendrick’s third album to debut at the top spot, following 2016’s untitled. unmastered. and 2015’s To Pimp A Butterfly. Congrats to Kendrick Lamar for the top spot!
