For the people that aren’t familiar, the hip-hop meets gospel concept was announced on social media in January as “Sunday Service”. Since then we have been able to view rehearsal clips on his wife’s, Kim Kardashian social media where it quickly caught the attention of many. It was something that music has not seen in a while, it was combining two genres of music to create a great praise and worship segment.

Kanye blessed the stage with Sunday Service at Coachella on Easter where he performed alongside Kid Cudi and Chance the Rapper. It did not stop there, he then started doing free pop up shows around the country. He made a stop in Dayton, Ohio to pay homage to the victims of the mass shooting, then stopped by a local congregation in San Fernando Valley before he made a stop in Watts.
