While we did not need any further proof that Jay Z is a living legend, today just proves the fact. Today the word comes down that JAY Z Becomes The First Rapper Inducted Into Songwriters Hall Of Fame. The wordsmith was nominated back in late 2016 and early Wednesday it was announced that he will be inducted into the Songwriters Hall Of Fame.

Jay Z will join the likes of Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds, Berry Gordy, Max Martin and Chicago who are also being inducted this year. The artists will be formally inducted on June 15th. Speak your thoughts on the news, and give congrats to the one and only, Jay Z!
