Ice Cube, the hip hop icon that was vocal about having a Contract With Black America, has helped Donald Trump develop The Platinum Plan. Katrina Pierson, Trump campaign senior advisor, thanked Ice Cube for assisting in helping President Trump develop “The Platinum Plan,” which reportedly includes a $500 billion package for the Black community from the Republicans. The $500 billion strategy is to “Increase access to capital in Black communities by almost $500 billion”, by creating 3 million new jobs for the Black community and creating 500,000 new Black-owned businesses.
Ice Cube has spoken on his role in helping to develop the Trump administration’s proposed “Platinum Plan” for the black community. According to his rep, Cube offered to meet with both the Trump and Biden campaigns in recent weeks to discuss an “agenda for black Americans.” Cube revealed that he has met with both Republicans and Democrats, stating that no president in the entire history of this country has ever done right by Black people.
After being contacted by both parties, the Democrats said they’d touch base on the CWBA after Election Day, while the president’s administration reached Ice Cube and absorbed some of the CWBA into the White House’s “Platinum Plan,” with Pierson then thanking the rapper for his assistance.

“Leaders gonna lead, haters gonna hate. Thank you for leading!,” Trump senior advisor Katrina Pierson tweeted at Ice Cube Tuesday; in the hours following Pierson’s tweet, Ice Cube had been criticized on social media for going from N.W.A to MAGA.
In a follow-up tweet following the uproar, Cube said “Facts: I put out the CWBA. Both parties contacted me. Dems said we’ll address the CWBA after the election. Trump campaign made some adjustments to their plan after talking to us about the CWBA.
So what is Trump’s Platinum Plan? Well, he promises to “increase access to capital in black communities by almost $500 billion” by creating 500,000 black-owned businesses and 3 million new jobs for the black community, as well as “access to better education and job training.” The Platinum Plan also pledges to strengthen Trump’s immigration and policing policies in order to protect jobs and communities.
