Futuristic Interview: Explains How “Nerd Raps in Compton” Came About, Working with Funk Volume + Performs “The Greatest” for Live Concert Series

Talk about versatility and being creative when it comes to separating yourself in a world full of talented artists looking for their niche, no doubt our guest Futuristic comes to mind. If you have to ask why, our guess is you haven’t had a chance to check out the hilarious yet dope freestyle in his “Nerd Raps in Compton” video(s). Really smart move to use his own music for the pranks especially when your talent manages to stop every single person in their tracks to listen.

Much of the same clever wordplay can be found on his most recent album ‘The Rise’, which you can check out at his website – just to make sure you don’t miss any of the new pranks ! While the jokes continue to gain new fans in the thousands via YouTube, bars are still what landed him on our radar and he came with them for the Live Concert Series. Futuristic got into that zone during a performance of his popular track “The Greatest” before making it look “Too Easy” to finish things off.
