Funk Volume Takeover! Hopsin, Jarren Benton and Dizzy Wright Perform Live and Challenge the Likes of TDE and Slaughterhouse to a $500,000 Battle

It’s always special when we can get into a bigger space to show off some serious talent for our concert series and the Funk Volume crew came out for an extra special affair.

Hopsin, Jarren Benton and Dizzy Wright showed up and showed out earlier this week as they spoke on their fan-boy moments. From Jarren’s run in with Scarface at Shade 45 to Hopsin not being able to meet Busta Rhymes, the trio jokes about meeting other artists and fans of their own.

The fun goes far beyond this though as all three emcee’s take to the mic to perform. Hopsin turns it up to “Forever Ill” while Dizzy Wright opens up and performs “Higher Learning” and Jarren wants “Alladat.”

Seeing these three three unique artist do their thing, Sway serves up a serious idea of Funk Volume challenging others to a battle (credit dillon). After talking it out Hopsin holds nothing back, that’s right he calls out TDE, Slaughterhouse, Good Music, Strange Music and anyone else who think they have what it takes to battle Funk Volume 3 vs 3 for $500,000!

Check out the full interview complete with performances and let us know who you think would take the battle crown!
