‘Forbes’ Unleashes A Look At The World’s Highest Paid DJs of 2017

The good folks over at Forbes are always keeping tabs on things. Today they return, this time around looking into the world of DJ’s while providing a look at the World’s Highest Paid DJs of 2017. This year the list includes a few new names, though the top earner of the year remains the same. Calvin Harris takes the top spot as the highest earning DJ in the world bringing in $48.5 million USD.

Two new names made the list, including Marshmello who was an unsigned artist and earned the #8 spot, while The Chainsmokers reached the #3 spot with $38 million USD. Forbes spoke about the list and stated: “Our rankings of the world’s highest-paid DJs take into account earnings from June 2016 through June 2017. Fees for agents, managers, and lawyers are not subtracted. We create our list with the help of data from Nielsen, Pollstar, Bandsintown, Songkick, as well as interviews with industry insiders and some of the DJs themselves.” Have a look at the full list at Forbes and give us your thoughts in the comments.
