Faizon Love Says “F*** Judd Apatow” and Dave Chappelle Isn’t The King of Comedy

Faizon Love is starring in the New YouTube Red series, Step Up Highwater and will be live at the Gotham Comedy Club this week in NYC. The actor and comedian stopped by Sway In The Morning, and no topic was off limits.

Love addressed the Me Too movement. He gave his perspective of having to protect women. But he also called out people like Judd Apatow, who seemingly have biased opinions when it came to his friends in this situation.

Faizon also gave his thoughts on equal pay based on Mo’Nique’s recent issue with Netflix. He doesn’t think there should be equal pay, to which it came out that he didn’t think Dave Chappelle should have gotten $40 million from Netflix for his series. According to him, Kevin Hart is the king of Comedy right now, not Chappelle.
