Marlon Craft is putting integrity back in music, and that might be new for some people thinking he just burst on the scene back in 2019, but he has been on our radar for a bit longer. For those true citizens of Sway In The Morning you will remember those bars he spit in our Friday Fire Cypher, then followed it up with one of the craziest 5 Fingers of Death freestyles of the last few years. But he continues to elevate and show the entire arsenal as he recently drops his sophomore album How We Intended. Marlon sat down with Sway for an exclusive one on one interview to talk about the album and the culture.
How We Intended is an undeniable NYC 90’s sound with a lot of musical instrumentation that the hip-hop purists (like myself) will love. The project features production from Arbus Beats, illmind, and Dan Edinberg to name a few. And it features Oswin Benjamin, Chris Rivers, Bobby Feeno, Radamiz, Malz Monday, Katori Walker, and Leah Rich to round out the album. Check out the album below.
