Celebrity chef, Emeril Lagasse announced on Wednesday a partnership with Carnival Cruise lines to launch a New Orleans-style cuisine Mardi Gras Ship, which will set sail in October 2020. Emeril is planning to serve his signature dishes like barbecue shrimp, roasted duck and andouille sausage gumbo, jambalaya, and bananas foster.
