Drake Returns To The Top Of The Charts With ‘More Life’

Monday makes for some unsurprising news this week. Today the word comes down that Drake and his new album ‘More Life’ are at the top of the Billboard charts this week. The project dropped on Saturday, March 18th and since then has racked up 89.9 million streams in just a 24-hour frame, and in the process has launched 500,000 units since the project’s release.

The news marks Drakes seventh number one album to debut on the Billboard 200, tying him with both Eminem and Kanye West. He still trails Jay Z, who has 13 number ones. The new album, ‘More Life’ has already topped bested Drake’s previous release, VIEWS which totaled 63,000 streaming equivalent units.
