Cyhi the Prynce Opens Up About Cruel Winter, His Debut Album & More

The ATL’s own, Cyhi the Prynce makes his return to the interwebs today. This time around the wordsmith and G.O.O.D. Music signee returns, opening up about the future, his upcoming debut album, and what is in store from G.O.O.D. Music. Cyhi the Prynce has been busy as he crafts his upcoming LP, No Dope On Sundays and recently spoke with Yahoo Music about what is in store for the year ahead. Speaking about Cruel Winter, he stated: “To be all the way honest with y’all, it’s really done. The thing is, it’s so many superstars, to get everybody on one accord and moving at the same time is tough… We got enough to put a Cruel Winter, Cruel Summer, Cruel Autumn, and Cruel Spring out.”

He also opened up about the Kanye West-assisted Drake track “Glow” from ‘More Life.’ Cyhi said that “At first when ‘Ye played it for me I was like, ‘Oh this is nice,’ but Kanye kinda already knew where he wanted to go with it. I just helped them, I’m just in there like, ‘I like the way you said that, or I think you should go up on that.’ It was just a fun process on that song, but there were more songs that they did. It’s a bunch of them, and if they put them together, it will be incredible.” Check out the rest of the interview over at Yahoo Music now and stay tuned for much more from CyHi coming very soon!
