Christopher “Big Black” Boykin Has Passed Away at 45

He entertained us on MTV shows like Rob & Big, as well as Fantasy Factory and more, but he was much more than that guy we all fell in love well. Christopher ‘Big Black’ Boykin, who was the other half of Rob Dyrdek‘s hit MTV show Rob & Big has passed away at the age of 45. His rep told outlets that Big Black had passed away on Tuesday morning while word on why is still unknown.

Big Black got his start as Rob Dyrdek’s best friend and bodyguard which then parlayed into a reality show, which ran from 2006 to 2008. The internet has been filled with tributes to Christopher ‘Big Black’ Boykin from fans, family and more. RIP Big Black; we’ll forever miss you and your larger than life personality.
