Bob’s Classic Kicks Owner, Jason Johnson, and Mike Muse Speak on the Power of Young Entrepreneurs of Color

Giving us the go ahead to invade his shop for our live broadcast from Detroit, the owner of Bob’s Classic Kicks, Jason Johnson, tells Sway how he got his start. Taking things into his own hands Johnson talks about starting businesses early in his career. Finding the spot that Bob’s Classic Kicks is now he opens up about building his business plan as he reflects on 13 years of business.

Joined also by Mike Muse he speaks on being an ambassador for President Obama’s My Brother’s Keeper program which works with young people of color with mentorship. Muse goes on to extend an invitation to Johnson for the fall fashion workshop to speak on being a young entrepreneur of color.
