Chlöe aka Chloe Bailey just released her new song “Surprise” and its Diana Kunst–directed music video. Chlöe is heating up the summer already, from her Hot 97 Summer Jam performance with Fivio Foreign to now dropping this single. This is the third solo single for the 23-year old superstar. Her last bop, “Treat Me,” which sampled Bubba Sparxxx and the Ying Yang Twins’ 2005 hit “Ms. New Booty,” in April, and “Have Mercy” in September.
