Kodak Black is suing the Federal Bureau of Prisons, its director, and the warden of Big Sandy. In his claim he says that he has been tortured and has had his rights violated since he arrived a year ago. He alleges he was beat down as soon as he arrived and the guards held him down and “flicking his testicles” during the attack are mentioned in the lawsuit. The Breonna Taylor’s case just took a turn for the worse. A grand jury failed to charge the the two officers who fatally shot Breonna Taylor but instead indicted the former Louisville police detective, Brett Hankison. He is charged with endangering Breonna Taylor’s neighbors by recklessly firing his gun during a raid on her apartment in March.
