Audio Push on What the Good Vibe Tribe Really Means, Feedback From Drake, Relationship With Hit-Boy & Learning a Friend Had Died While Recording With Jill Scott

Straight from the IE, the homies Oktane and Price from Audio Push stopped by the Sway in the Morning studios yesterday (March 10).

With their forthcoming EP “Stone Junction” on the way the duo explains that this is the first body of work that’s been for sale. Always bringing the good vibes we hear from one of the duo’s biggest fans that spent the whole day with them in New York. While on the subject of good vibes Oktane and Price break down what it really means to be in the good vibe tribe.

Meeting Hit-Boy at a very young age after finding out he lived around the corner, Audio Push elaborate on their relationship with the HS87 general. From being the first people he called after signing to Interscope to bringing them to meet Drake, Hit-Boy has always looked out and been a genuine figure in their lives.

Speaking on their recording process and opting to make songs in their home studio we hear that while recording with Jill Scott the duo heard that a good friend had been shot not too far away. Using the news as motivation they speak on wanting to be successful to get their friends out of troubled areas.
