APSPDR+ Channel’s Duncan McDowall’s “Painted” for New Video Titled “She”

New York-based producer APSPDR+ has a special glow to him. Describing his sound as “dark grey” during his time in the studio for the 2015 Doomsday Cypher, it’s easy to see that APSPDR+ takes his art very seriously.

For his latest artistic display, APSPDR+ has chopped up clips from Duncan McDowall’s 2011 film “Painted,” and set them to his new score titled “She.” The dark, murky sounds blend in perfectly with the shock and awe produced by McDowall’s film featuring a dancer dressed in all black making her way through an old dusty building.

Check it out below along with APSPDR+’s interview from Doomsday 2015.
