Legendary fashion designer. April Walker, filed a lawsuit against Virgil Abloh’s Off-White, alleging they stole some designs without proper credit or compensation.
In February of 2021, April posted a screenshot on Instagram of one of Off-White’s jackets that was being sold on saksfifthavenue.com.
Walker sat down with the Sway In The Morning team to talk about the lawsuit and her feelings around what the industry is doing to independent designers.
