Kevin Anglade Uses Hip-Hop To Confront Society On “The Black Box”

BlackBox

Independent artist Kevin Anglade, represented by Concrete Flowers, is using his latest album “THE BLACK BOX”, to spark conversations about society, identity, and systematic inequality. Blending trap, electronic production and hip-hop influences, Kevin delivers an album that goes beyond entertainment. He’s using music to explore the challenges and realities facing marginalized communities.

Throughout “THE BLACK BOX” Kevin Anglade tackles capitalism, oppression, and internal struggles within black families. With an unapologetic approach and thought provoking lyrics, he encourages listeners to question the systems around them, challenge established narratives and reflect on the experiences that shape their everyday lives.

Continuing to bring the project to life visually, Anglade released the visualizer for “BRANDED” following his first single “THE LOX,” which arrived with an official music video. With unconventional production and socially conscious storytelling, Kevin Anglade is carving out his own lane in independent Hip Hop, proving that music can be both a creative expression and a powerful tool for awareness, conversation and change.
