Los Angeles music executive and entrepreneur Dominique Thomas, better known as World Domination Dommo is making it clear that he’s not just putting together songs, he’s building a movement. Through his growing label, World Domination Music Group, Dommo just released a new 15-track compilation spotlighting a fresh wave of West Coast R&B and hip-hop talent.
The project feels like a real representation of what’s happening in LA right now. From smooth melodic records to harder street-driven moments, the compilation brings together different sounds and personalities while still feeling cohesive from start to finish. It’s rooted in the culture, energy, and lifestyle of Los Angeles without sounding forced or overly commercial.
Featuring appearances from artists like DUKE562, Quest LA, Pure Hess, and Bonnie Baset, the compilation introduces listeners to a collective of rising artists all bringing their own flavor to the table. Instead of chasing trends, the project leans into authenticity something that’s becoming more important as listeners look for music that actually feels connected to real experiences.
What stands out most is the vision behind it all. Dommo isn’t approaching this like a typical label head trying to manufacture moments. There’s intentionality in how the music is curated, how the artists complement each other, and how the overall sound stays true to the West Coast while still feeling current.
World Domination Music Group is clearly positioning itself as more than just another independent label. The goal feels bigger creating opportunities for new artists, building community, and helping shape the next chapter of LA music culture.
With this compilation, Dommo and his team are planting their flag early, and if this project is any indication, there’s a lot more coming from the World Domination camp.
