2 Chainz’ ‘Pretty Girls Like Trap Music’ Debuts at No. 2

The ATL’s own, 2 Chainz is back. Today the wordsmith returns with some great news regarding his latest album, Pretty Girls Like Trap Music. Today the word on the e-streets is that 2 Chainz’ ‘Pretty Girls Like Trap Music’ Debuts at No. 2. The wordsmith moved an impressive 106,000 equivalent album units, which equates to 57,000 traditional copies and 46,000 streaming equivalent album units.

The project marks 2 Chainz fourth album and came in just shy of Lorde’s total of 109,000 for the week. Kendrick Lamar came in third, while Jason Isbell and Nickleback round out the top five. Young Thug also had one of the highest debuts of the week with his latest project, Beautiful Thugger Girls. Dubbed his “singing” album, BTG sold 37,000 units, putting him at No. 8 for the week.
