“The Culture” is hip hop for hip hop fans, by a hip hop fan who’s grown up with the culture–and those who’ve shaped it–firsthand.

Rahzel Jr. returns to showcase his lyrical prowess on his latest record, “The Culture.” Growing up in New York City in the 90′s, Rahzel was heavily influenced by hip hop’s golden era of boom bap. He incorporates the elements of authentic hip hop culture into his tracks, while simultaneously bringing a fresh sound that effortlessly appeals to both the old heads and proponents of new school sounds. His latest will appease even the most critical of hip hop purists, while offering a nod to the Afrocentric themes that appeared prominently during the golden era, giving way to today’s “god hop.”
