Calling in live from the DNC in Philadelphia, our political analyst Mike Muse joins the conversation about how different the tone is compared to the RNC. Starting things off though Muse talks about Michael Bloomberg’s speech going against Donald Trump. Always about the numbers, Bloomberg made sure to critique Trump’s rise to the top and business practices.
Rolling into President Obama’s powerful speech, Muse says his use of trust and highlighting that America is already great will play well with those who were watching. With more speeches taking place including Clinton’s VP pick Tim Kaine, Muse says he is normally a fairly reserved man so the attacks against Trump may have seemed a little uncomfortable.
Before he gets back to the convention Muse breaks down the case the Baltimore police officers whose charges were just dropped in the Freddie Gray case are currently making against State Attorney Marilyn Mosby.
Listen below and hit Mike Muse on Twitter @ to answer his parting question: What’s you take on the political process watching the DNC and RNC? Do you feel closer connected or farther reserved?
