Kenny Kingpin, Scarface & Don Menace ‘Ain’t Asking Ya’ll for Nothing’ on new single

It’s been a long time coming for former Rap-A-Lot label mates Kenny Kingpin, Scarface and Don Menace. Yet despite their rough patches, all three emcees reunited for the release of “Ain’t Askin Y’all for Nothing,” a bold introduction for new skoolers and a breathe of life for the old skool. The street banga was produced by hip hop hit-maker Chuck Heat and is expected on Kingpin’s upcoming EP entitled “Better Than Dope Money,” later this year.

Kingpin told XXL that the longevity of their friendships helped forge the organic production of the single.

“All three of us were on Rap-A-Lot Records together and now we’re all exercising that knowledge we learned working under J Prince,” said Kingpin. “This song has a lot of meaning…it’s our statement to the current state of our industry,” he said.

It’s safe to say that we can expect more from the OG trio!
