Jeff Bridges Talks About New Film, “The Only Living Boy In New York,” + How Gentrification In Cities Can Take Away From Creativity

Movie star, Jeff Bridges, brings excitement to the studio as he talks to Sway In The Morning. Bridges starts with conversation about how the landscape of movies has changed since his career started. He explains that the internet age provides so much information that it’s hard to retain it all sometimes.

As Bridges has talks and discussions with Sway, he gets on the topic of how he identifies and picks roles and characters in movies. The conversation began when Sway mentioned Bridges new film, that is releasing Friday August 11th, The Only Living Boy In New York. He tells the crew that he finds characters to play by not worrying or participating, he let’s the character come to him.

Bridges briefly discusses a little of the plot about his new film, The Only Living Boy In New York. As he discusses the film, he talks about how gentrification is causing changes in cities. He talks about how sometime, gentrification takes away from creativity. However, if theres a lack of creativity in a once creative space, Bridges urges people to fill that void.
