We have a lot of comedians and actors come through the Sway in the Morning studios but none of them tell stories quite like our man JB Smoove.  From writing for SNL to starring in Curb Your Enthusiasm and Real Husbands of Hollywood, JB Smoove is one of the funniest men in the game right now.

Starting the interview off with a bang, JB explains to Sway and the crew how he curses so effectively.  “It’s all about rhythm,” he says while explaining that voice projection has a lot to do with it also, with this combination JB should be on the short list for any upcoming Broadway play.

Going forward JB speaks on his relationship with Chris Rock while boldly stating that Rock was picked to host the Oscars for an obvious reason, before all the controversy boiled up this year.  With Rock’s outstanding comedic ability and wit, JB thinks this will be the most watched Oscars in history.

Starring in Curb Your Enthusiasm for a season, Sway asks JB how he first linked up with Larry David and from there we are taken on a hilarious ride.  Being brought in for an improv audition, JB speaks on leaving David in stitches as they went back and forth.

Through the rest of the interview JB speaks on turning a writing job at NBC for SNL into 4 separate jobs at the network, calling it straight NY hustle!  Check out the full interview and watch out for JB Smoove during the Super Bowl, he might be starring in a commercial or two.
