Sammy Hagar has rocked, partied and done business with the best of them so when he came to New York to do press for his new book “Are We Having Fun Yet?” he had to be interviewed by the best of them.
Enticing Sway to write a book of his own, Hagar speaks on the fun he had telling stories and reviewing food and drink recipes while crafting his newest venture.
Hagar also speaks on being a business owner, selling his tequila company for $100 million and bringing pure cane sugar back to Hawaii to make his famous Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum. Along with owning brands, Sammy also owns a restaurant in Maui and gives all of his earnings to kids in need on the island.
During his stay Hagar dives into music both old and new as he says that rappers are the new rock stars. He also gets serious as he explains that he has nothing to do with the Van Halen brothers after their 2004 reunion did not run as planned.
