Hollywood Trainer Jeanette Jenkins was our in-studio guest this week. Her clients include Kelly Rowland, Alicia Keys, Paula Patton, Terrance J, Pink and Tia Mowry. She has successfully released a variety of workout DVD’s that cater to people who are eager to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle.
Jenkins gave three easy tips for people who want to make a change:
1)Make workout a daily activity
2) Drink Lots of Water (divide your body weight by 2 and the total is the amount of ounces you should drink daily
3) Eat more green at every meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
